The Basics
Many people find that Meditation and Visualisation are complicated and a struggle to achieve, manage, or repeat.
If you would like one more try, I will help you to develop your skills and teach you the beginnings of Meditation and Visualisation and by the end of the evening you will be able to do both.
We achieve this by explaining the basics "behind" them and take you through some of the basics taught by the Ancient Druids of the UK and the Buddhist of Tibet
