The work with the Four Directions can help you when you feel lost or stuck and don’t know which step or direction to take next, whether it’s related to work, relationships, health or money.

By working with the qualities of the directions it gives you a structure to help you plan, find your own answers, and get the results that you want.

Each direction can be associated with specific qualities, such as planning, action, reflection and resting. Become inspired to plan your own best goals, take the right action at the right time, reflect compassionately and learn to rest and enjoy your journey.

The Four Directions are related to the four main points on a compass, they help us to know where we are and orientate us to the direction we are heading. This helps us to not get lost and not lose focus of our purposes in life. Therefore every step you give is with assurance and determination.

Mark and Filipe are international pioneers in Expressive Arts transforming worldwide communities and individuals with Dynamic Theatre, Colour for Life and other creative arts. Their aims are to help people set clear intentions, enabling them to renew strength and confidence, and to drop ideas and beliefs that are distracting people from their essential purpose in life.

Please bring drawing paper, coloured pens/pencils, small stones, and any other decorative materials you feel inspired to bring with you.

Investment: 150€
A 50€ non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your place. Payment for this course may be made in two separate monthly payments if required.
