5 Rhythms is a way to liberate yourself through dance. Give yourself the freedom to move your body, release inhibitions and be yourself just as you are in each moment. A 5Rhythms class is an opportunity to develop creativity, to stretch into our imaginations as well as our bodies.
There are no steps to learn, instead we learn to listen to ourselves. Whatever your age, ability, fitness or experience of dance, you are very welcome. All you need is willingness, curiosity and a desire to move.
These are all drop-in classes. No need to book. Just come along.
What to bring: Water to drink. Wear comfortable clothes to move in. Dance barefoot or in soft-soled shoes.
