Forest Row Laughter Yoga Club is officially up and running after a very successful first session - thanks to all who came - it was ACE!! ahahahaha!
Laughter Yoga is a combination of playful laughter exercises and yogic breathing which will give us a good aerobic workout while releasing endorphines (the 'happy hormones') and reducing cortisol (the 'stress hormone'). We'll come away feeling healthier, happier and more energetic.
Come and learn to 'Laugh For No Reason'
We all need to laugh more - no need for a sense of humour, no jokes or funny stories - just bring your self and a willingness to laugh - come and laugh your socks off (bring some slippers!!)
